We chose the name Enroute from the French phrase en route, meaning “on the way.” It reflects a simple idea at the heart of our philosophy: you know where you want to go. We help you get there.
Enroute Advisory partners with leaders and business owners in growing companies to strengthen their leadership, teams, and systems as the business evolves, using AI where it can genuinely help them move faster and work smarter.
Sometimes that means working through one important decision, a moment when you need an experienced perspective in your corner. Other times, it’s an ongoing partnership built around bigger ambitions and longer-term goals.

Founder
Meet the founder, Aislinn
Aislinn grew up in Ireland and moved to the US almost 17 years ago to chase the American dream. Today, she’s a US citizen and the founder of Enroute Advisory. Aislinn, pronounced [ASH-Lynn], means “dream” in Irish, which feels fitting for someone who now spends her days helping other people chase theirs.
Over her career, Aislinn has worked alongside incredible companies, leaders, and teams, helping fast-growing businesses navigate the opportunities and complexities that come with growth. Her experience spans marketing, operations, organizational transformation, and, more recently, AI adoption. In her most recent corporate role, she led Marketing & Creative Operations and AI enablement across a 150-person organization at Instacart.
Today, she works with leaders and business owners to help their leadership, teams, and systems keep pace with the businesses they’re building.
Her approach combines the perspective of someone who has sat in the operator’s seat and understands what it takes to turn ideas into change in the real world, with real people. That lived experience is grounded in proven coaching methodologies developed over decades through Focal Point and complemented by a modern operating lens, bringing current thinking on leadership, organizational effectiveness, technology, and AI into the conversation.
After nearly two decades spent in corporate, moving into entrepreneurship and building Enroute Advisory is Aislinn’s opportunity to evolve her American dream, taking everything she’s learned along the way and putting it to work helping others pursue theirs.
