Full Bio
For 15 years, I worked at the center of marketing, operations, and AI inside some of the fastest-growing companies in tech — Instacart, Stitch Fix, and Yahoo. I was part of Instacart’s core executive team through its 2022 IPO, and I later led the company’s AI enablement effort across a 150-person organization.
That rollout is where a lot of how I coach today actually comes from. It was 2024 — people were excited, skeptical, and afraid, often all at once. I became the face of the program: not just setting strategy, but sitting with people’s real fears, benchmarking how they actually felt about AI, and figuring out who our super users were and who was struggling. My opening line to the whole org was simple: what would you do with eight hours back in your week? That question — and getting people to actually believe the answer was possible — taught me more about leading change than any framework could have.
Before Instacart, I spent nearly seven years at Stitch Fix managing creative operations for a 50+ person team through years of rapid growth. That’s where I first learned that businesses don’t outgrow their people problems by working harder — they outgrow them by building better systems and stronger leaders.
I was laid off at the end of last year. It was a hard thing to go through, but it gave me something I needed: a real push to build something that actually aligned with my values and gave me a greater sense of purpose. EnRoute Advisory is what came out of that.
Today, I work with business owners who are scaling a team — usually somewhere between 2 and 50 people — helping them lead better, get more out of their teams, and figure out where AI is genuinely worth their time. Not as a trend to chase, but as a tool used deliberately.
A Word on AI
Most people I talk to are worried AI will take their job. It won’t — not yet, at least. The real shift is that someone using AI well will outpace someone who isn’t. And you don’t need deep technical skill to start — you need the right attitude and a willingness to dive in. It’s a well-known idea in coaching circles that attitude accounts for far more of someone’s success than skill or knowledge combined — and I don’t think that’s ever been more true than it is right now with AI.

I grew up in Ireland and moved to the US almost 17 years ago to chase what people call the American dream. It came true — I recently became a US citizen, and I’ve now built and run a business here for 15 years. I have a real soft spot for Irish-owned businesses in the US, and if that’s you, I’d love to hear from you. My own name, Aislinn, actually means “dream” in Irish — which feels fitting for someone who spends her days helping other people chase theirs.
