3. Cookies & Tracking
The Site uses cookies and similar technologies for essential site functionality, analytics, and (where applicable) marketing. Specifically:
- Analytics cookies – we use Google Analytics (via the MonsterInsights plugin) to understand aggregate visitor behavior, such as which pages are viewed and how visitors arrive at the Site.
- Forms and scheduling cookies – our forms and meeting scheduler are powered by HubSpot, which may set cookies to remember your form entries, track engagement with our emails, and support scheduling.
Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings. Blocking cookies may affect how parts of the Site function, such as forms or the scheduling widget.

- HubSpot – powers our contact forms, newsletter signup, email communications, and meetings scheduler.

- Anthropic’s Claude and OpenAI’s ChatGPT – AI-assisted tools primarily used to help take notes and summarize coaching conversations. Where available, we have enabled privacy settings to limit data retention and opt out of having our data used to train these providers’ models.
We encourage you to review these providers’ own privacy policies for details on how they handle information.
