Do I need to already understand or be comfortable with AI?
Not at all. Most clients start with very little AI knowledge or skill. What matters more is a willingness to dive in — the payoff tends to come faster than people expect.
What’s the difference between 1:1 and group coaching?
1:1 is built entirely around you and your business. Group coaching puts you with a small cohort of peers at a similar stage, working through shared challenges together, once a week.
Can we work on a specific problem without committing to ongoing coaching?
Yes — some clients come to me stuck on one thing and that’s exactly what we solve. Others want a longer-term relationship. Both are completely fine.
What size business is this a fit for?
EnRoute Advisory is built for business owners with roughly 2–50 person teams — past the solo-founder stage, not yet at enterprise scale.
How is this different from a typical business consultant?
I’m a coach, not a consultant — the work you do stays yours. My role is to be a partner and a sounding board, drawing on 15 years of real operating experience, including leading AI adoption for a 150-person organization.
